Tell us the home or the hold. We write the next step.

This stays a single page. Your answers are not turned into a new public link, which is how junk pages get a site ignored by Google. The note goes only to SSP Realty on WhatsApp.

What we would tell you

A home to live in · Aerocity

You want a home, so start with a ready or clearly dated 3 BHK, not a bare plot. A plot only becomes a house after design, construction, and a year you may spend living somewhere else.

Aerocity is the airport-side township families mean when they want a finished neighbourhood. Compare blocks, not one corridor average. A home here suits someone who will use the airport or that side of Mohali. It is a weak reason if you only like the word.

At ₹1–2 crore, compare two complete prices on the same day: the flat with parking and other charges, or the plot plus a realistic build. Banner rates are not the cheque.

You can visit this month, so ask for files that can be seen on the ground, not a pre-launch that has no plot number.

This is a reading of your answers, not a rate card and not a reserved unit.
An LOI, a ready flat, and a plot are different papers. Do not pay a token until the document matches the thing you think you are buying.
