125 gaj plot for sale in Aerocity Mohali

People searching “125 gaj plot for sale in Aerocity Mohali” usually want a residential file of that size, not a speech about the whole sector. In local listings gaj and gaz are used for a square yard. If that usage holds, 125 gaj is about 1125 square feet. The approved figure on the layout still wins over the spoken one.

Where this search sits in Aerocity

Aerocity is the GMADA township on the airport side of Mohali, along Airport Road and PR-7. A residential plot here is not an SCO site and not an Aerotropolis letter of intent. Ask which block, which pocket, and which paper you would hold.

What 125 gaj is good for

Families who find 100 gaj tight but do not want to jump to a 200 gaj file.

Still a compact kothi plot, with a little more room for a stair and a modest setback. It is the size many Tricity searches call a starter house plot.

Checks before anyone calls it for sale

1. Plot number, block or sector, and the approved size in square yards.
2. Residential use. A house plot is not an SCO, a shop, or an industrial site.
3. Which document the seller holds, and whether transfer is open.
4. Dues. The size does not tell you about instalments or enhancement.
5. Do not pay a 150 gaj expectation for a 125 gaj layout. Measure the approved yards.
6. A visit at the hour you would leave home, not only a pin on the map.

Also searched with this size: 125 gaz plot in Aerocity, 125 sq. yard GMADA plot, residential plot for sale in Aerocity Mohali, and a kothi on a 125 gaj plot. Those are the same conversation only when the yards, the use and the pocket match. A floor for sale is a different product. Use the floor guide if you want one level of a built house rather than the land.
