125 gaj kothi for sale in Aerocity Mohali

A 125 gaj kothi for sale in Aerocity Mohali means the house is already built on a plot of about that size. You are not buying an empty 125 gaj file, and you are not buying only the ground floor. In sale talk, gaj and gaz mean a square yard, so this house sits on roughly 1125 square feet of land if the layout agrees.

The Aerocity version of this house

Aerocity is the GMADA township on the airport side of Mohali, along Airport Road and PR-7. A residential plot here is not an SCO site and not an Aerotropolis letter of intent. Ask which block, which pocket, and which paper you would hold.

What a 125 gaj kothi can hold

Still a compact kothi plot, with a little more room for a stair and a modest setback. It is the size many Tricity searches call a starter house plot.

Families who find 100 gaj tight but do not want to jump to a 200 gaj file.

• Walk the real house. A sister plot or a brochure elevation is not the kothi.
• Count the floors that exist, and ask if any floor is already sold to someone else.
• Match the approved plot yards to 125. A house that feels large can still sit on a smaller file.
• Do not pay a 150 gaj expectation for a 125 gaj layout. Measure the approved yards.
• Ask for completion or occupation paper, GMADA or society dues, and any loan on the house.
• Parking and roof rights should be in writing, not promised on the terrace.
