125 gaj independent floor for sale in Aerocity Mohali

A 125 gaj independent floor for sale in Aerocity Mohali is one level of a house that stands on about 125 square yards. You do not get the whole kothi. The stair is shared. The land under the house is shared. Ground, first and top are three different homes even when the plot size is the same.

Where this floor sits in Aerocity

Aerocity is the GMADA township on the airport side of Mohali, along Airport Road and PR-7. A residential plot here is not an SCO site and not an Aerotropolis letter of intent. Ask which block, which pocket, and which paper you would hold.

A floor on only 125 gaj is a tight home

On 125 gaj the whole kothi is already compact. One floor of it is smaller still. It can suit a couple. It is a poor fit for a family that needs three wide rooms. Do not pay a 150 gaj expectation for a 125 gaj layout. Measure the approved yards.

• Ground floor: access without a stair. Often the one parents ask for, and often priced apart from the floors above.
• First floor: check the stair width, water pressure and the window facing the next house.
• Top floor: ask who owns the roof and who pays if it leaks. On a 125 gaj house the roof is not a spare plot.
• The registry should name this floor and a share of the land, not only a builder-buyer line.
• Parking has to be a named bay. A visit to the bedroom is not a visit to the car.
• Do not pay a 150 gaj expectation for a 125 gaj layout. Measure the approved yards.
